When Shezal joined Meraki Art Institute, she was navigating resistance and imposter syndrome around her work as a designer. She had vision and skill, but struggled to fully own her artistry and communicate the beauty of what she was creating. Like many multi-passionate entrepreneurs, she knew her work was meaningful, yet she felt hesitant to put herself forward and stand confidently behind her brand.

Inside Meraki, we began by grounding her story. She learned to articulate the heart behind her designs, to speak about her work with pride, and to market herself in a way that felt aligned. With each step, she let her artistry lead instead of her doubt. The more she shared her process, heritage, and inspiration, the more her ideal audience began to respond.

Today, Shezal is thriving as the founder of Saea Designs -  a boutique home décor brand featuring handcrafted stone objects created in collaboration with Pakistani artisans. Her brand honors where she comes from, celebrates intentional craftsmanship, and gives her community a way to welcome art into their daily lives.

Since working with Meraki, Shezal has had some of her best months financially within her business. She is marketing her work in a way that feels authentic, attracting customers who genuinely value her designs, and stepping boldly into the role of creative entrepreneur she once doubted she could become.

We are so proud to witness Shezal’s evolution. Her story is a beautiful reminder that when you trust your vision and share it with intention, everything around you begins to align.
